JVC offers eMeeting platform for a secure channel for members to meet online to have a class, meet or discuss issues relevant to their institution. It is a secure channel with little interference from the outside world.

JVC – Portal offers the university and college administrators the capacity to manage all students, staff, courses, and fees. It also gives the Student Services Department to record student activities, awards, benchmarks, and disciplinary records
